Welcome to Graduation Ceremony. By downloading, installing, or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use this application.
Graduation Ceremony grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal or institutional use in accordance with this Agreement.
The app can be used for free as long as you want in trial mode (displays a watermark). When you are ready to run a live event without a watermark, you may purchase a Presentation Token as a consumable in-app purchase. Payments are processed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.
We do not collect or store personal data. All information remains locally on your device. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.
Presentation tokens are consumable purchases. One token removes the watermark for 24 hours for one event after activation. If no active token is applied, the app remains available in trial mode. This Agreement may be terminated if you violate these terms.
Graduation Ceremony is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this application.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
